PAYMENTS
We support the following payment options at Aaivi –
- Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net banking
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to be borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax, etc.
Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made concerning the platform handling fee collected from the consumer under shipping policy.
DELIVERY
All orders placed at Aaivi Apparels are dispatched through our courier service or other courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery Etc
We normally ship all orders between 4-5 business days. Sometimes it may take a longer time than promised because of bad weather conditions or any glitch from the courier department, in that case, our customer support team will get in touch with you.

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option ‘Track order’ on our website after logging in.

Yes, we care about our foreign clients and keep the delivery as effortless as possible for them. International orders are generally delivered within 12-14 business days. There’s an additional charge for duties and taxes which can be up to 30% of the product’s value and need to be paid to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at care@aaivi.in with your order number in the subject, the image of the particular areas of fabric where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order.
In cases where you wish to return or exchange the product either the order is not as per the specification or the product did not meet the desired expectation you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at care@aaivi.in.
AAIVI ACCOUNT
No. We do have an option of guest- checkout. Though signing up with Aaivi Apparels is quick & easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wishlists, store different payment methods. You also receive special promotion codes. But above all, you become part of our small artistic community that is full of color and excitement.
